Milner provided technical coordination services for a two-well appraisal campaign in the challenging West of Shetland environment. The programme required careful planning around weather windows, rig availability, and regulatory timelines.
Our team supported the operator through rig selection, well design review, regulatory submissions to the North Sea Transition Authority (NSTA) and HSE, and coordination of the logistics chain from onshore base to wellsite.
The campaign was delivered safely within the planned weather window, with both wells reaching target depth and providing the subsurface data required to support a field development decision.
